SHiNE Dance Fitness brings original workout routines to life using hit music and choreography for all abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet and hip hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class includes the perfect balance of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full-body workout with real results. SHiNE is a mood-lifting experience that leaves you feeling capable, confident and connected to a supportive community.

Hi! My name is Marissa and I teach "SHiNE Dance Fitness" and "Mini Beat Drop" here in Bozeman, MT. Dance has always been very special to me. I grew up in Helena, MT., training heavily in Ballet and Jazz and in high school was a member of Premiere Dance Company directed by Charlene White. During the summers I studied at various dance intensives around the country. While in college, I taught adult Ballet as well as Creative Movement to preschoolers in Missoula, MT. After graduating from University of Montana and starting a family with my husband, I took a short break from dance. Well, neadless to say, I missed it! I started taking SHiNE online classes and was hooked. I became certified in SHiNE Dance Fitness, earned my AFFA CGFI certification and statrted my own business teaching fitness classes. I am now an active Bozeman dance community member performing with a local hip hop crew, "The Pengelley Crew" and taking classes from others as often as I can!
 
To say, "I love to teach dance" is a total understatement! I love watching participants find the joy in expressing themselves through movement! Whether you grew up dancing or are just starting out, join us! I would LOVE to have you in class!
